Preliminary estimates put this at a Power Supply failure of the machine that hosts arcadecontrols.{org, com, net} which also has the forums. Onsite suppot replaced the failed device.

This failure occured at approximatly 0400 EST 10/26/2004, and was brought online approximatly 1330 EST 10/26/2004.  Full acceptance was done approximatly 1415 EST 10/26/2004.

Sorry we caused boredom for so many! :)
