Search for people function doesn't seem to work

I can never seem to get the people search function to work. It would be of great help to get that working.

I would also like to be able to pull up posts that I have replied to in the last XX number of days and that have replies.

Also, it would be great to incorporate the pictures that are posted in the topics when using the print function.

Those are my suggestions. I'd rather see more functionality than new design.
