There should be a item in control panel called regional settings or language settings.  You can use that to change your decimal and thousands separators.  Might be called something different depending on your windows version, but it will be in control panel.

Yes, on my XP Home PC it is in Control Panel > Regional & Language Options > Customize > Decimal symbol - hope that helps...

so lemme get this straight.. Maximus Arcade is a front end that is basically a shittier version of MameWah.. but they want $20 for it?
Sorry for raising this from the dead, but I was puttering around and decided to check this out, as I finally found a link for it....I won't post it, as my experience with their site and the forums there was a polar opposite of this forum.  I'd prefer to promote the developers who haunt these boards, as they are far more civil (EVEN YOU, HOWARD  :o  ;) ) than the troglodytes they have.

I haven't even DL'ed their software, nor shall I, due to the responses to some of the questions posted there.  Not only are the developers here not charging for their product, but they are more than willing to help (and quickly!), do so with a cheerful attitude towards "customers", and share frustrations with the community, rather than blame others for problems with the software they've coded.  In addition, if they are NOT available for assistance, many others are more than willing to jump in to HELP OUT, I feel in part due to the attitude of the developers.

I think a sticky with the various FE's listed (ala Juke programs sticky) would be appreciated by all, with some reviews too.

The answer is MAMEwah.

- Easy to configure.
- Easy to customize.
- Supports multiple emus.

And at least on the old version, has a cool setup utility available that makes it great for a newer user.
