Well, that was much easier than I thought.  It took me about two hours to complete as I have no soldering/desoldering skills whatsoever, however, it came out perfectly.  I highly recommend getting a desoldering braid instead of the pump, as it sucked the solder up great.

It's amazing though...the monitor looks brand new.  Just have two problems that I need to fix (vertical position is too low, and convergence seems off as I see shifts in red).  Now to look at the manual again...
