Would a 'Matrox G-100 AGP 4 meg' card let me run Windows on my arcade monitor?

Seeing as I've never actually used one, I'm only goig to say "probably"...

But I doubt you'll be happy with the results unless you're just playing classics. From my experience, running at those levels seemed to put a strain on my video card (G400).

Never perfected the thing, and put the whole project on hold for now due to budget problems...

So what is the best video card to use?  Any sugestions?  Anyone gotten any further with PowerStrip?
