MAME32 Multiple Hard Disks?

Is there a way to set MAME32 to use multiple hard disks/rom directories? I know how to set MAME to use multiple hard disks, but I can't find anything on using MAME32.
EDIT: Hmm... I managed to get it working. I didn't see the MAME32.ini file.
