Manufactured by Belkin, it is used to connect two PCs together as an alternative to a hub/router/crossover cable. It runs on USB (not 2) therefore it isn't exactly the fastest option when it comes to networking, but it sure is easy and even a child could do it with XP.
I have no idea where the driver disk is but the drivers are readily available and if you're reading this obviously you have internet access so that shouldn't be a problem.
Also, I'm not quite sure I have the original usb cables so if you want them I'll have to buy some I think. So I guess if you want it either way let's say the difference would be like $5 or so... Ex. if you offer $6 for adaptor & cables, that would be $1 without! Obviously I'm not going to let it go for $1 though, that was just an example.
