My first arcade CP :)
« on: April 29, 2004, 01:25:09 pm »
I know it's a little late to be posting this as I made it way back in January or February but I was quite pleased with it. I also wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped answer my many foolish questions ;) I doubt anyone remembers me :p The box of the CP is exactly the same as from the Tekken 2 cabinets. In fact I measured the whole cab and was going to build a full cab by those measurements but I lost the measurements shortly after completing the CP :P I haven't bothered covering/painting the sides (either t-molding or paint) but there's nothing that can replace playing Samurai Shodown with a proper arcade stick :) (though I used budget parts>X-Arcade replacement parts) But it works for me.

Thanks for the compliments. I know my CP isn't much to look at but I love it soooooo much :p, as can be seen by the mess ::) I indeed did do a lot of testing with it. Tried practically every fighting game :) If even works great for N64 and PSX emulation. It gives a whole new twist to Goldeneye :-\ ::)

Looks good.  You should really nab some t-molding and put the finishing touch on that.  It would be the icing on the cake.
