Sega Megalo 410 Monitor

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knew what specs the Sega Megalo 410 monitors are?

About 6 months I walked through my local arcade and seen a 410 running some WWF game.  The graphics looked sharp and crisp.  Just the other week I was strolling down the same arcade.  They had two 410's running Super Street Fighter 2 and Virtua Soccer.  The picture on these looked dull and just slightly blured.  

Just wondering if these monitors lose there quality with age as well.
