FYI for anyone interested:

I sent an e-mail to Capcom's customer service to see about obtaining a marquee and side-art for "Marvel vs. Capcom" or "Marvel vs. Capcom 2". They wrote me back and said that the "Marvel vs. Capcom" marquee is no longer available and they did not plan to reproduce more. They did have stock of the "Marvel vs. Capcom 2" marquee at a cost of $25 + Shipping and Handling + Tax.

As for the side-art, they responded that they hadn't made the side-art for either of the games so they didn't have any.

It took about a week and a half to get a reply.

i emailed them about it and they reffered me to there coin op mail adress i just emailed megamail again with a link to this post i hope it works
