Sinden Guns - Games
« on: January 31, 2024, 07:47:04 pm »
I gotta say finally got around to getting these Sinden guns up and running  Been so busy with work life and etc .  Man they are pretty amazing.  I mean with Mame alone they are pretty badass but then all thhe dumps  Very cool.  Who all out there is running these?  I ordered a shotgun extension from Etsy.  Fits perfect and perfect for Big Buck Hunter.  I recently built a Golf Sim and decided the guns were best suited out there  Huge 10' screen and we are all just standing around anyways lol  Nothing like a little Police Trainer or Area 51 while having some beers.

What's everyone playing now if you have guns?

Just finished the arcade (MAME) version of Time Crisis II. Some glitches but definitely playable. Virtua Cop 3 has been in rotation along with the fairly recent 357 games from the RPCS3 fork - Deadstorm Pirates and Dark Escape 4D. And Operation Ghost on TeknoParrot. Those are what's playing these days but I'm lucky to get 15 minutes to myself to fire 'em up so the list is very long of what I'd like to play.

I do love Operation Ghost.  Been trying to get Buck Hunter Working,, its ok , just a couple things to work out in the Setup on guns.  We usually fire up Police Trainer and Point Blank when we have people around  always a crowd fav

What is this RPCS3 fork you mention?

It's a version of RPCS3 that emulates the NAMCO System 357. From a lightgun perspective, there are 3 arcade games that work using Argonlefou's DemulShooter (https://github.com/argonlefou/DemulShooter/wiki/System-357). They are:
Deadstorm Pirates
Dark Escape 4D
Sailor Zombie
