Mame Noraut Poker - Touchscreen control

Hi all,

I've been trying to get my touchscreen to mimic keypresses if touched in a certain area i.e. so I can map touches to keys in Mame for games like Noraut poker that has the buttons displayed on the screen.

In other words, if I press the button on the touchscreen, a corresponding keypress is sent to mame as if I clicked a key or physically mapped button.

Bit of a long shot I know. I've tried everything at this stage.
