Ultomarc light gun solenoid keeps firing when power applied

Years ago I purchased 2 light guns with the recoil kits and usb cables w integrated power wires. Recently 1 of them stopped working. I'm using the 36v power supplies that were suggested that I got from ebay.  I took that gun apart and it wasn't getting the 36 v to that Moffett trigger board that came with the recoil kit. I ran an external 2 wire power wire and it then started getting 36 v to that board however now the solenoid keeps firing over and over even when the gun is just sitting. 


Any ideas on troubleshooting?  I was going to buy a new USB/power cable and possibly a new recoil kit. Looks like the cable is in stock but the recoil kit is not. Or Any idea when you will have them in stock or do you sell the small trigger board alone. I suspect that failed as the solenoid seems to work but all the time.


These worked flawless for years until now.  I love this feature would love to get it working again. Any direction would be fantastic!
