Video card solution for updating MAME cabinet from 2005?
« on: January 02, 2024, 12:10:19 pm »
I want to set up a new PC to run my MAME cabinet. It was originally built in 2005 using a Wells Gardner monitor (WGM2792-U0TS42A) and ArcadeVGA card on a Windows XP system.

Is there a simple solution for a 2024 system that will connect to the old monitor? I know the ArcadeVGA cards have been discontinued. I'd like to keep running the old CRT monitor if I can.

What are people using today?

Thanks for any help pointing me in the right direction for answers.
