Supermodel Ocean hunter - volume is so low, how do I increase?

The volume of this game is really low.
Within the service menu the volume is set to the max. Is there any way to increase this ? I have modified the balanace/volume settings to max within the supermodel gui as a test and I do not see any difference.
tried f9->f12, doesn't seem to adjust and used this option to set it to the max "-sound-volume=200 -music-volume=200"

Am I missing something?
