Mamehooker: No Ultimarc Ultimate I/O Device Found
« on: December 22, 2023, 09:47:36 am »
Happy Holiday's Everyone,

I'm trying to see if anyone from this community has any information how to get past this issue. I have two ultimate I/O boards (ID #1 & #2) in my arcade setup that drive players 1 to 4. And I have no issues with these using mame, ledblinky, winipac or bigbox.

Ive been able to get HODSD identified by mamehooker (MH 5.1) from demulshooter following arcade adams tutorial. But now I'm trying to setup output feedback with the led buttons connected to the two ultimate io boards for certain games with MH. Running the MH HODSD ini file i get a message in the debug window saying "ultimarc device #2 not found". When I select "Show Supported Devices," neither one of the boards is found as a feedback device. Other people like "Arcade Adam" have been able to get this to work but I'm not having the same luck.

I saw in a previous discussion on this forum there needs to be a modified MH and a seperate .dll added. Does anyone have these or know where i can get it? I know Howard_Casto is the creator, though don't know if I can get his help

I greatly appreciate any help/suggestions in getting this work.
