Basically no. Newer IT games run on the nighthawk system, (basically a PC that runs a proprietary version of linux that's locked down to only work with certain hardware components), a hard drive with the OS, game files, etc, and a cabinet id chip used for copy protection/security to run it.

It's still making money on location so it won't be publicly emulated soon.
