Wanted - Custom cable built for U3000 Monitor (Maine)

I have 4 33" U3000 Monitors that are supposed to be VGA, but have no way of testing a VGA source. The specs for it are here:

It says something about an optional cable connector that is HD15 / VGA, but I don't have nay available. I would like to see if someone has one of these cables or could build me a custom one given the pinouts listed?
