Hantarex 9110 Vertical scrolling (out of Sync) Radeon HD6970 and CRTEmudriver2.0

I have an issue with my Hantarex 9110. Because after installing CRT emudriver 2.0 is very difficult to sync on vertical, and when I achieve it the image is unstable and flickering.

It is strange, because with and old arcade VGA of 128mb and 1.2b CRTEmudrivers it works fine (another arcade pc that I have), but with and HD6970 and  CRT Emudrivers 2.0 640x480 seems to be always out of vertical sync. Maybe is the card model I do not know

I have the composite sync conected to the H sync of the monitor. I have also tested diferent monitor presets from VMmaker from generic 15kHz tv and other generic settings
