Bang&Olufsen MX4000 image flickering
« on: June 13, 2023, 05:32:08 pm »
Hello,
I recently picked up a B&O MX4000. The image is of nice quality but it is flickering regulary as you can see in the video below:

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/R61yMokyu6w?feature=share

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

I've tried a lot of settings (Rdr, Gdr....) but nothing works.

Thanks for your help.

It's not going to be a setting, that flicker, and the way the screen is jumping, would point to a more serious problem. No idea what's doing it. It might just be caps, but that's a shotgun approach to a specific problem.

People love these sets, and there is lots of info out there. I had this bookmarked - https://archivedforum.beoworld.org/forums/t/24571.aspx

after that, I would keep googling info on the set and the problem in different words, over and over again.
