rowe ami RI-4 jukebox and wra wallbox

im hoping for help with this. when i put quarters in the wallbox it registers credits. when i press the letters and numbers to make a selection the buttons engage and stay pressed in. my selection does not register back to the jukebox and also when i make a selection at the jukebox i get no sound at the wallbox. at the wallbox i have the #2 wire jumpered to #4 for the 25 VAC. im getting my signal wire from the P-103, 2nd pin from the top on the mainboard. im unsure if thats correct bein my selections arent regestering to the juke. im also unsure where to connect red blue etc speaker wires because ive read different things. is it E1 and E3? no stepper. using wallbox interface for WRA, WRB, WRC...thanx for any help
