Hi all, I just upgraded to GroovyMame 0250 and for some reason this has broken my PortAudio settings and I can't figure out how to get them working again. No matter what I put in the ini file I'm getting "invalid device".
Here's what I get when I do mame -sound portaudio -v
PortAudio: API MME has 2 devices
PortAudio: MME: "Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output"
PortAudio: MME: "Speakers (AudioQuest Dragonfly " (default)
PortAudio: API Windows DirectSound has 2 devices
PortAudio: Windows DirectSound: "Primary Sound Driver" (default)
PortAudio: Windows DirectSound: "Speakers (AudioQuest Dragonfly Black)"
PortAudio: API Windows WASAPI has 1 devices
PortAudio: Windows WASAPI: "Speakers (AudioQuest Dragonfly Black)" (default)
PortAudio: API Windows WDM-KS has 4 devices
PortAudio: Windows WDM-KS: "FrontMic (Realtek HD Audio Front Mic input)"
PortAudio: Windows WDM-KS: "Stereo Mix (Realtek HD Audio Stereo input)"
PortAudio: Windows WDM-KS: "Speakers (Realtek HD Audio output)"
PortAudio: Windows WDM-KS: "Speakers (USB Audio Device)" (default)
PortAudio error: Invalid device
Here's my PortAudio settings
sound portaudio
audio latency 0.00334
pa_api "Windows WDM-KS"
pa_device "Speakers (USB Audio Device)"
pa_latency 0.00125
Obviously I'm trying to use the AudioQuest Dragonfly USB as it's a lot less noisy than the onboard sound card.
I did have pa_device as default before, but that doesn't work any more either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
