one does not "build" a cabinet with megatouch software...one buys a megatouch machine, then fixes it. megatouch software cannot be emulated nor obtained "free"

you could theoretically buy enough parts to put together a machine, but the single price of some parts far exceed the cost of an entire machine.

I think you are refering to a lcd drop in kit i was making years ago. I no longer have the parts to build that kit.
