Does anyone happen to have the vector file for this marquee from Arcade art library it was called Grafitti over carbon fiber

In The Event that Pengo ever Returns... i actually found this file on my hard drive and decided to return here and post it...just in case anyone else was actually looking for it... lol   took my awhile since i had multiple drives packed up and finally had time to check them all :)  hope this gets where it needs to go :)
