Cliff Hanger Cabinet Running Raspberry pie help!

My first post on here! So I picked up an original Cliff Hanger cabinet "rough as hell shape" running on Raspberry Pi 3 Retropie and Daphne. The games M2V file is running the 16 X9 remastered version I believe. The game is working but in the 2 player mode the score overlay looks like has a small black box at the top left of the screen, only on the 2 player game. Does anybody know if there is a dip switch setting to adjustment the screen overlay to fix this? I'm so close to having this run 100% but I would like to try to get this resolved and there is very little information on the web.
