House of the Dead 4 Cabinet

Hello all. Wondering if someone could help me out in anyway. I have a dedicated HOTD4 cabinet and Ive replaced the main board in the PCI slot and tried different slots Ive replaced the JVS I/O board and replaced the usb cord that connects the two. But Im still getting an (error code 11. I/O board not connected to the main board). Im getting a green light on the main board and the JVS I/O board all the lights are on that. Any suggestions or what I can do?
