Question about Non-Integer Scaling

Which is the best option to use on a CRT? I believe default is set to X Only.

Not sure what you mean. Best in what circunstance? GM automatically configures the best scaling settings for each situation, if that's what you mean. If possible, it always uses integer. When using super resolutions, it will use fractional scaling on X axis and integer on the vertical. When there's no other option, it'll use fractional. You can force either of these options by command-line or game-specific inis.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.
