Cabinet shipping recommendations?

My DK cab is currently in the care of a buddy of mine (cheers to him, too, because he's fixed it up quite a bit!), in TN.  I now live in Minnesota, and am really jonesing for some Jumpman.  Anyone out there have any experience or anecdotes around shipping?  Any recommended shippers or methods?

I tried using the search function, but got "Unable to access the search daemon" for some reason, so apologies if this is redundant.  If there's a thread addressing this, maybe link it here?
