Golden Tee fore Complete red board repair

I have a complete with the red board that will boot up to the title screen then resets and will keep doing this I have changed graphics cards checked power checked chips for being loose and found nothing, the first two times it did this I changed  the video card and it worked again the last time it didn't bought another green board to see if the board was bad and that one comes up with an error code  :banghead: PLEASE HELP !!!!!! Tired of just throwing money at this with no results

I've got this same issue, I plan on making a post about it also, but have you had any success finding help?
