Just get the regular Happs horizontal  microswitch pushbuttons.  Those will give you a good feel.  There are also the Competition buttons, but I believe that the buttons on those are convexed instead of concave.  That sort of button is common only on modern arcade games.  I would go with the regular Horz. Pushbuttons.

For the joystick go with the Happs Competition Joystick.  There are people here and there that prefer the Super or Ultimate over the Comp, but in all the time spent on this board, I have seen more people prefer the Comp. over the others time and time again.  They are the best 8 way joy you can get from Happs.

Go over the www.oscarcontrols.com  Oscar knows his stuff.  He does a side by side comparision of all 3 Happs sticks (Ultimate, Super, Comp) and in the end the Comp comes out on top.

Trust me on this one.  I have comps on my CP and SF2 is incredible with them :)

Like Jako said, if you're looking for the original button setups go for the regular happs horizontal microswitch push buttons. http://www.happcontrols.com/pushbuttons/5896xxl.htm

Modern capcom fighting games use the Competition buttons, they're concave and generally 'quicker' with a shorter depression distance and directo switch contact.

As far as sticks go, if you want a more modern, looser, and potentially more durable stick check out the Perfect 360's. http://www.happcontrols.com/pushbuttons/5896xxl.htm You have to give them power though.

Ignoring the super (definately not for SF), your microswitch based stick choice is Ultimate vs. Competition. Generally the competitions are regarded higher for SF-type play. They have extra guards on the base along side the mocroswitches (so the actuator has something to bang into besides the switch), as well as a slightly shorter shaft.

Oh, and you can also do a search for 'Street Fighter' on ebay. Occasionally there are people selling the packaged SF2 sticks and buttons, with the appropriate colors etc.

the joysiticks are the ultimates with heavy spring

ultimate with normal spring is useless too loose any legnth

competitions feel pretty good with normal spring but better with hard spring if using long extension
