Issue with Ramjet v1.4 no lights in Daytona's VR panel with M2 emulator

I had Ultimarc's Pacdrive and Ramjet v1.4 working fine in M2 emulator for a while. I had the pc deactivated for some months and now the lights in the vr panel do not light up except the start (yellow light) in Daytona. I have double checked all the cables from the VR panel to Apac and all cables are fine. The cables from the VR panel go to the following Apac pinout.

Ground - apac 1
Yellow (Start) - apac 2
Red - apac 3
Blue - apac 4
Yellow - apac 5
Green - apac 6

As you can see in the attached image the numbers are the same as above.

I will be grateful if someone can point me what am I doing wrong here.

I found out that 2 usb ports in the motherboard were not working properly. Even with a usb drive windows was unable to recognize. However other two usb ports work fine and apac now works fine too, but something tells me that I have to replace the motherboard soon.

One thing that I haven't find a solution (well it's not a problem actually) is that the start (yellow) light in VR panel keeps on an off constantly without turning off when starting the game. So I have it always turned off because it is annoying to have the yellow light blinking when in game. Does any one know how to fix this?
