JVL Encore ALSA error
« on: April 27, 2020, 10:23:17 am »
I have 2 machines that get stuck in the boot sequence of power up.  They are alsa error.  I got 2 new SD cards which were the same as another machine that works very well.  Loaded new software on it from cd HD3 and it still does.  I'm new to this area and I don't understand what would cause these errors on 2 but not the other.  Any help would be super appreciated.

My guess, bad audio chips, or if you are lucky, bad audio amps. Either way its ALSA is audio related.

For me, restoring a working image to the sdcard did the trick for me
