Webcam gestures to keys or buttons software

Hi! Does it exists some sofftware for webcams that allow you to records your desired gestures and assing them a button?
So for example if I record a couch gesuture, I could play Time crisis couching myself instead of pressing the button or a pedal?
I searched but I only found hand gesture dedicated programs, none lets you create new free gestures and remap them to a button or key...
