Rowe ami magazine stops between records and not on a record

Does anyone know why the magazine in a Rowe Ami stops exactly between records instead of stopping on a record?

Even if I position it on a record with the scan control lever then when moving the control to on it moves again between records (it shifts the magazine a bit).

Of course the same thing happens when choosing a record with the buttons or when the arm puts the record back into the magazine so the mecanism gets stuck.

Hello normende,

after reading your posts on your mechanism. You need to check all of your adjustments as per your manual to rectify the majority of your faults.
