Here to voice interest in this. Been trying to resolve the issue myself and following all the different recommendations like copying those vulkan files to the Windows folders, installing Vulkan runtime standalone, and installing over up to date stock drivers and nothing seems to be working. I have two cards on this computer and when I disable the emdriver card Retroarch can launch in Vulkan again as well as when stock drivers are actively installed to it but nothing else, frustrating :(

3.3) renaming vulkan32.dll to vulkan-1.dll, vulkan64.dll to vulkan-1.dll, vulkaninfo64.exe vulkaninfo.exe
I don't know if this method is avaible with opengl... :dunno

This method worked for me on my Win 7 64bit OS, But with My Win 10 64bit HDD it didnt work , i installed the vulkan runtime files it only worked short after reboot distort crt everytime
Win10 only had the vulkan-1.dll & vulkaninfo.exe in x86 & x64 Windows folder
