Track listings have doubled up on sk jukebox

Hi guys, I’m new to sk jukebox and the track listings for most of my playlists have doubled up. The top half of the list doesn’t play (yellow circle; so if it’s on random, the music will stop) and the bottom half is the actual song. So if you program a song you have to put a number from the red circle.
Another problem is the album cover isn’t correct, it’s just randomly picked AC/DC. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
