60 in 1 power supply

Will I be able to make a power supply for my 60 in 1 with this?

I was going to cut the end off, then twist/shrink tube them to the black/red/yellow wires.

The link isn't working so hard to tell...  But anything supplying a +5 and +12 VDC with a few amps should do it.
Building, collecting and playing arcade machines :)
