Megatouch Evo Ion STUCK on setup screen...HELP!!!

I ran the 4 & 7 DP switch again today and everything checked out normal. Setup menu when I run hard drive check it says passed. The I/O check only makes it as far as the setup button which has a green light. Calibration or channel checks do not happen. Tried 3 I/O boards and all go directly to setup menu so I know it's not that. Could it possibly be the hard drive?

yes. if it's still an original drive, just replace it. it's probably got 40,000 hours on it.

He sent me pics. Its an old ide drive. Looks like it originally had 2008 on it, so yeah it probably have a lot of hours on it.

Tried new hard drive and still doing the same thing! Stuck on this screen.

Setup button has to be stuck closed. Since you replaced the IOboard, it has to be the OSD board. Call me and i will help you find the culprit.
