If you have a multimeter test these two pins in RED

If you get continuity, then there is a short in either the wire cable, or the OSD board itself.

OP called me. We sorted everything out. It was indeed his OSD board, or his OSD cable. We relocated his Security Key and pulled the cable and its working as it should. There really is no need to use the OSD for setup or calibration since the evo has easy access to setup and calibration on the IOboard. At least the OSD still works for Auto adjustment of the Monitor.

Anyway, just wanted to give everyone a heads up incase OP never responds.

BTW, OP is a really nice guy. Great to work with.

right on, the wiring in these machines is such a cluster, wires get pinched, folded, mashed all the time\
