Megatouch Evo Ion STUCK on setup screen...HELP!!!

I have a 15" Megatouch  Evo Ion running 2014 software that has been working fine, and one night all of a sudden, it goes to the setup screen after finishing a game of RUN21. I reboot and it goes through all the checks and boots right to the setup screen. I try to quit or go back from the setup screen and it goes to the gaming screen for 1 second and goes right back to the setup screen. I have replaced the I/O board and it still does the same thing. Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions? I would REALLY appreciate it.

sound most like a software issue.... boot the machine with dipswitch 4 and 7 turned on to do a complete memory clear and reset and see if it smartens up

(depending on which machine configuration you have) check and make sure your button for the system setup isn't being pressed down by wires or the door or getting mashed down by something in the cabinet. see if disconnecting the cables and exiting setup makes it stay off or continue to go to setup.

Sounds like the setup button is being shorted.
As mentioned, I would check the OSD board or wire going from the OSD board to the IOboard. Best way to test for a short would be to remove the OSD wiring cable from the IOboard , and if they security key is in the OSD board (usually is) put it directly in the IOboard.

OK LILSHAWN, I booted with DIP 1 to access the 4 & 7 through the screen. When I ran it, it failed (see attachment). Not Sure what is going on?

mahkeymike, I inspected the wiring from OSD to IO board but I'm going to need further explanation of putting the security key directly into IO board.

I never seen those errors. It looks like your hard drive is hosed. You got two options, try a reinstall, or buy a new hard drive. I have 2014 pre installed if you want to go that route. PM if interested.
