Take out bulb and starter, put them back in. That will probably fix it. If not, remove fixture, buy $10 under cabinet light, cut off the plug, splice to wires running to the old fixture. It’s not worth repairing old fluorescent fixtures anymore, the parts are obsolete and inefficient. |

It is usually around where the wires enter the light on one end, look like a capacitor, just push and turn it will just pop out, The voltage rating on it is important however make sure your replacement matches...Yots brought up a good point some are metal and some are white plastic, But they both work the same. |
