Golden Tee Complete not loading...HELP

I have a 2005 Golden Tee that was upgraded to the Complete version.   I sent the board off to arcade-service.com and received it back about a week later.   After playing a couple times, it would not load and had to send it back as they told me they had some issues with these boards.   I sent it back and was fine after that.   I MAY have played this 1 time since then and now, it's not loading.   I powered it up last night feeling to play a round and I only get to a screen that says "Checking filesystem number: 2".   I let this screen go for about 15 minutes with nothing happening.

I powered the machine off and powered back on holding the start button and it says "Testing Sign Port: No Data Detected".   I hit start and get to the next screen that says "Board Test Failed"

Reached out to arcade-service and said there is a programming error on their part.  I'm sending the cartridge back tomorrow and they are either reprogramming or sending a new one.  Hopefully this will 100% fix the issue
