| DaOld Man:
I used this type of hinge on A Little Rage. Dont know how they would work with a very thin door, I used 1/2" MDF. But maybe you could glue some braces to the door, the width of the hinge foot, running across inside width of door to re-enforce it? I also used nuts and bolts in the door part of the hinge, and threaded inserts and bolts on the cabinet wall. (You have a nice project, very professional looking router cuts). |
| Mike A:
Use magnets. Then you can pull the panels off completely for servicing. |

It's quite the machine. --- Quote from: Mike A on December 28, 2018, 09:19:17 am ---Use magnets. Magnets with really subtle pull straps exposed would honestly be easy, cheap, and great. Thanks Mike. |

Have used magnets from dead/ancient hard drives before for other projects, pretty strong, maybe an option ? |
| Mike A:
There are rare earth magnets of all sizes available on Amazon. |
