Generic Command Line Wrapper 6.0 released!

This one is a long time coming... my recent bout with the stomache flu has delayed it almost a month.  It is basically the final version, giving you full control over all the internal junk going on.  This full control fixes problems in all known problem emus.  So go get it now!! ;)

One thing of note...

These problem emus, the music might hang for a sec when it closes.  This normal.  It's the reason they are problem emus.... directx isn't closed properly by the emulators when the exit command is sent so I have to force it.  Trust me, other than some wierd sounds nothing bad will happen.
