Retractable cup holders? One of these might be fun :)

I think I'd like a cup holder or two that could be routed flush with my cab's side panel so that they don't stick out at all when not in use. The link below might just be overkill, but a slideout drink holder might not. Anybody done something like this?

I did this on my last cab--I LOVED it!  I would have done it on this one but i didn't have room inside where i wanted it to go.  here's a pic of mine before the end plate and handle were attached--and yes its homemade--I am both crafty and cheap--a deadly combination
