LEDBlinky Help Needed
« on: February 25, 2018, 06:55:06 pm »
Hi all,

I'm stumped.  I've setup my controls, MAME has no problem with them.  I've setup the LEDBlinky mappings, and running through them lights all of my RGBs correctly.  But when I start a game in MAME LEDBlinky doesn't light any controls up.  I double checked my config for LEDBlinky, all the paths are set except Controller.ini.  I enabled debug mode and nothing gets logged when running through Donkey Kong(US Set 1) and DigDug, I tried it through both QMC2 and just running the MAME executable.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  It's almost like LEDBlinky isn't seeing the games launch.

are you using a front end to start mame?  my experience with LEDblinky is starting it with a FE

Yes, I'm using QMC2 as my FE.  I also tried it without a front end to no avail :(
