ADP Lady Bug restoration: the licensed German cab [finished] |
<< < (4/10) > >> |
Mike A:
Seeing this cab come back to life makes me happy inside. Thanks. :applaud: |

Control panel time. Polished the plexi, and put some Hammerite on the front. Shinyyy :afro: As I have no way of knowing the original joystick, I modified a Zippy stick to fit for now. It's actually a pretty good stick when you grind down the restrictor plate. With some temporary buttons, you get a pretty good result: |

Rewired the coin door :D Added led lighting on the rejects, and some small microswitches so you can push the reject to add a credit. Had to add some custom coin inserts. I'm really happy with it now. |
Mike A:
The original stick for the Universal Lady Bug is a leaf stick. It might be their own design. I am not an expert. They come up for sale on KLOV. You could probably just use a Wico stick. It will probably be more reasonably priced. |

Dont use wood contact paper, either use laminate or install some proper veneer. Check thewoodveneerhub.co.uk They do a massive range of styles so you should be able to find something that works. Issue could be sizes of sheet though. |
