Hello all ~
I am experiencing a similar problem with a failed driver installation, so I figured I would post my problem to this thread.
The message reads: "Error: The driver installation failed: 103 No more data is available."
I am attempting to download CRT Emudriver & CRT Tools 2.0 beta 10 (Crimson 16.2.1 for GCN* cards) for Windows 7/8/10 64-bits. I am loading it on a brand new HP desktop PC.
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor: AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7
The Eiusdemmodi site lists AMD Radeon R7 200 and R7 300 as compatible with CRT Emudriver & CRT Tools 2.0 beta 10.
I have disabled Secure Boot on the PC and am in test mode. When I launch setup, the top of the window says "CRT Emudriver 2.0 beta 9" (not beta 10). I am not sure that has anything to do with the problem but thought I would mention it. The setup window lists my AMD Radeon R7 Graphics device as a compatible device. The box is already checked. When I hit the "Install driver" button to begin the install, an installation box pops up, and the installation proceeds for about a millisecond until another box appears with the message "Error: The driver installation failed: 103 No more data is available."
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get past this error, or an explanation for what is preventing the install? Any help would be appreciated.
