I am trying to setup retroarch and I want to get the best settings to play for example Sega , NES to play on my Arcade CRT. What video settings in retroarch should I use?

I use a resolution of 320x240 or 640x240 with the aspect ratio doubled. Apart from that you need to disable all scaling and filtering.
