Custom Resolutions on Wells Garner ?

Hi to all mame lovers.

I read the very interesting tetsu96 page, and tweaked my nvidia driver : it works perfectly on my pc monitor.

Now, i wonder if these resolutions will correctly be displayed on a wells garner 3100 (19"arcade monitor with svga in).

I suppose this solution should  avoid some tearing effects due to low prices scan converters to outpout on  a tv (as tetsu96 mentions on his own page).
